I really enjoyed the delicious beer here. If you are looking for an IPA, go elsewhere, but if you want a great take on traditional Minnesota/Wisconsin beer, check these guys out! I also enjoyed the lovely growler design...so perfect for Red Wing!

We've been ordering from the Brewery for about 2 years now (as long as we've lived in Red Wing) and I love their pizza; the crust is the best I've ever had! That said, I recently had to go wheat free for health reasons, thus giving up my favorite pizza crust. But tonight, I tried the gluten free crust and I was not disappointed. A very different (and better) flavor and texture than other gluten free crusts I've tried. It's not their regular crust by any means, but if I have to be wheat free, this is the way to do it!! Also, I love that they utilize local small businesses for the ingredients... keeps our town thriving!

The pizza and brewery sticks were really good! The large pizza was so large, 4 people barely managed to finish it. BBQ chicken is the best

History, pizza, and beer done right!

I took my family here for father's day (2 kids and 4 adults).  We showed up right after they opened and with 6 people was able to find a spot!  We had the cheese bread and a large Mediterranean pizza and it was all DELICIOUS!  My oldest had a personal pan and was in heaven.  Most ordered the root beer which is the liquid version of the root beer barrel candy.   I had the stoneware stout  which was also good.  I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves history, pizza, and beer.

Great beer and great pizza. We stopped here on a bike ride to Red Wing. The service was great. I would highly recommend the Red Ale they have on tap. My only complaints would be better chairs and a bike rack outside!
