Awful experience. The ladies working stared at me while I browsed. Once I found something and wanted to try it on, I approached one of the ladies working who did not say a word until I asked specifically for a size to try on . They did not have any sizes in stock that were near my size (12) and did not have much knowledge of the boots when asked a few simple questions regarding sizing and styles. I tried on a size in a completely different style just to see how they fit and then left disappointed by the selection and service.

I will stick to ordering online if this is the experience expected at this store.

Absolutely the best show buying experience I've ever had! Matt, the manager, took the time to educate and help me find the perfect pair of boots for a great price. Highly recommend !!!

Great staff. Helped me get steel toe shoes and made sure they fit perfect. Didn't force any extra stuff on me. I'll totally be going back if i neee anything shoe related.

Red Wing shoes are AMAZING! However, this store's customer service is TERRIBLE. The sales associate, Frankie, was awfully rude. He wasn't welcoming nor was he helpful at all. He also doesn't know anything about the boots he's selling. This service is just awful. He was in a rush as if he had more important matters to attend to. He didn't properly answer any of my questions. He might as well have been a clueless customer. They don't take value in your business. They treat you like a Wal-Mart customer even though you are dropping big bucks on boots. They deter business more than appeal by their sour attitudes. I wouldn't recommend buying from this store. Go in and use the machine to get your size and then order the boots online from Red Wing. Even if you order the wrong size, Red Wing customer service is extremely cooperating and will straighten things out. These guys will leave you out to dry and you'll be sorry you gave them your business. I sure am.

Not great not bad. Staff seemed knowledgeable. Rated the low because of the lack of stock.
