Pretty sad they let pedifiles work here. A 40 year old man named Eric that works here and got together with a 18 year old that also works here and the managers and everybody knows about it going on and still let's it all go on. They don't keep a good watch on evebodys background and don't really care what goes on.

I had a bad experience. I went in on a time crunch to find some shoes. As I am looking and trying on shoes a sales worker circle me 5 times each time just staring...never once asking me (the costumer)  if I needed any help. I decided if she circled me a 6th time I would take my business somewhere else...down the street to off Broadway where they hopefully treat their costumers like they actually want their business. I asked to speak to the manager to let him know and he said he wasn't unaware...which I said well now you do! I hope they speak to that worker and all of their employees because that's very rude and uncomfortable... I shouldn't have to feel like I am being harassed.

I had a great experience at this Shoe Carnival in Turkey Creek . I had an associate named Jay who was awesome.  He helped myself and my husband find a pair of shoes.  He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.  Stores need more associates like Jay.

Mostly self serve, great prices, and I actually found some in my size - 14 wide (4E) and they were BOGO 1/2 off.

They run people out of the store for no reason can't even say why. Way to treat your customers, you will not get anymore of my money.
