Red Wing Shoes carries a full line of work boots for all industries and work sites. Red Wing boots are safety boots that are comfortable enough for all day wear. They are also expensive. They have been the only boot that I have gotten 18 months of wear out of verses 3 months for most others. So when the opportunity presents itself with a discount, I try to use it. The staff here acts like the money comes out of their own pocket for the discount. I asked if they offer a military discount and was told no. I showed them an online coupon for $20 off a $100 purchase and I was greeted with utter disgust facial expression when it was presented. The boots are great but the personnel need a check up from the neck up.

What a GREAT store. We shopped on a Saturday morning and there were two very knowledgeable and helpful store associates to help us. They have a very large selection, including accessories like belts (I bought one), and socks (my son bought 6), and orthotics (custom fit using a computer and pressure pad, we bought those, too). We got made-in-the-USA, steel-toed work boots and loved spending every penny for the quality of product we received. Highly recommend!

Sharon is absolutely the best shoe professional that I've ever met. She patiently worked with me and my custom sizing and fit. Knowledgeable about everything red wing has to offer and how it would do in my line of work. Courteous, patient, knowledgeable. I wish there was a 6th star. Thanks Sharon!

Bought a 150 dollar pair of boots my favorite I have ever worn. The lady was really really nice, super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I know my new work shoe store.
