I had 250 to spend on boots. I went to redwing store and drove 50+ miles to get there to get quality American boots. Was sold Chinese boots. Leather has dehydrated terribly and is already scuffed and I work in a warehouse setting. The boots I bought aren't covered in the 30 day return.

EDIT TO BUSINESS RESPONSE 

No, I quote you from your employee Leeaa "The boots you bought aren't included in our warranty." The fit on them is terrible it pushes my pinky toe into my other 4 toes. I'm sure any foot doctor would tell you that isn't healthy. Your boots are advertised online as U.S. made and covered by 30 day warranty. I drove 50 miles just based on those 2 expectations, which were advertised, and which were not delivered. If you want to earn my business rectify the situation and live up to what you say you'll do online instead of a bait and switch.

I love the boots! I had to special order them in. They're not cheap but they fit me well and they last a lot longer than the cheap ones. I guess you get what you pay for. 
 Leah, the sales associate, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in accommodating my unique feet. Thanks!

Great customer service. Made sure I was happy with my purchase before I actually purchased my new red wings. Leah Bonner was my sales rep. She was great, so ask for her.

Only red wing store left in  Northern Utah. Great selection. Good people. They even oil my pairs I didn't buy from them

Great service here and awesome boots. Always wore the red wing hunting boots and decided to try out the work boots. So far so good.
