Been here only two times but that's only because their boots are so damn good that I've only ever bought two pairs in the last 4 years despite working as a carpenter in Baltimore for that long at least. Great store, has exactly what I'm looking for. I don't need to see your logger boots or specialty hiking equipment. I'm here to buy comfortable shoes for my job, and that's what they have. Their friendly knowledgeable staff make shopping here a pleasure. Great store, great product, great employees. Enough said.

The shoe truck came by my trade school but did not have my size. The clerk there told me to get a pair any way so i could take it to a store and trade it in. I went to the Ellicott City store and asked to up grade the boot and pay the difference. She had to call someone to figure out how to do that and still didnt get it right. She was rushing me into picking a pair and was very short/rude to me the entire time. She first charged me for 2 and I still walked out paying full price, because i was didnt want to deal with her. hopefully she isnt there when i go to back to get my $100 refund today.

Personalized fitting and attentive salesman.  They didn't have the boots I wanted specifically in stock, but I was able to order them and have them shipped to my home.  

Great experience, the only place I'll buy my work boots.

This is not really big store but I found good shoes for work. High quality shoes and helpful staff. 👍
