I love seeing the joy of the shop owner in carrying on her father's business. She is good at the business, and you should give her a try.

They were able to salvage a pair of Allen Edmunds which had been butchered by a shoddy shoe repair place.  Shoes looked great, and felt great.

Had to call a few times to get a status, so I took off a star for that.
