The girl sucked at her job the other people were great. Boots weren’t in stock so we placed them in order (they were clearance) she rang them up full price had to go back and get that situated. The boots are a great quality but would ask for a different sale rep.

I had purchased a pair of boots from here and I wasn't happy with them so I went to exchange them a week and a half later and they wouldn't exchange them even when their policy states for any reason if I'm not satisfied with the product I can exchange them with no questions asked but they said there was no defects that shouldn't matter though. They're supposed to stand behind what they say. I'm not very happy though that's for sure!!

Went in inquiring about their Heritage line. Great fitting service for finding my size, as well as the knowledgeable sales staff on their inventory!

Doesn't even deserve one star.  Got "Work" brand steel toe shoes, model 5118 in size 8M.  The shoe is the most uncomfortable shoe ever, the tongue and side of the shoe rub about the ankle.  I can fix this with insole inserts but what I can't fix it the fact that the SHOE PUTS HOLES IN EVERY PAIR OF SOCKS I OWN!  I can't afford the socks.

Terrific customer service and they really stand behind there quality guarantee. Wish I would've gone with Red Wing long ago, would have saved so much in the long run.
