I always get great service here.  There is a NB store in the city near me but customer service is very important to me (I worked at Field's in another life).

Worth the drive for me.

This place has some awesome shoes but they are so expensive if you get a note from your foot doctor I think they give you like 20% off or maybe it's only 10 I'm not exactly sure

I needed to replace my hiking shoes, I am averaging 10-12 miles a day. They took the time to discuss what I needed, where and when I walk, and checked my feet before recommending see shoes. As a 13 Berger width, it is not easy finding a good fit. They found several options and I am very happy with the shoes I walked out with.

Love New Balance shoes-Fresh Foam are my personal favorite and I've always had great service at the Oakbrook location.
