In an age where full-service is forgotten, we go out of our way to provide the highest level of service to make sure you have the right footwear for your job.

Story

Michael and Rosie Colistro have been in the valley for over 10 years and bring with them over 30 years of business experience.Their Phoenix and Mesa stores are family owned and operated. Their daughter, Micaela joined the family business five years ago while attending college. We operate the only Red Wing authorized shoe repair in the valley. We honor Red Wing's commitment that service comes during and after the sale, and we are always here for the customers needs.

My wife and I have been shopping here for over 5 years and have had top notch service. The shoes, boots, and slippers are outstanding!

Mostly carry Irish setter and worx brand boots, not a great selection of red wings. But the low rating is mostly for the poor service. The store associate sat behind the counter looking at his phone the entire time I was in the store; clearly not interested in assisting me. He answered all of my questions but could hardly be bothered to look up and only came out to the sales floor when I asked for information about the various brands/shoes at which point I was given the bare minimum response before returning to his chair behind the counter. I'm pretty disappointed because I have heard great things about red wing and was really excited to find a great pair of boots for my job. I'll take my $300 somewhere else I guess.

Thousands of dollars in boots! Spend another $350 yesterday and drop off a pair of boots for the "monthly conditioning" for the first time ever. Pick them up today and they look like they did when I dropped them off, dirty, but with a layer of oil. The person behind the counter states that they don't clean them, just condition them. Really, is this all red wing stores? The person asks me why would I expect them to clean them and states they don't advertise that. WTH? Sure glad the car wash cleaned the truck before they waxed it! Step one of the Red Wing care is to clean the damn boots - they didn't tell me they had to come in clean. Guess I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I a pair of work boots and there where coming apart after six months of work when there where supposed to lasted a year No good
