Welcome to the Jungle! great finds, good prices, for a last chance store what can you expect? You get designer deals for at a cheap price, what more do you want!? If you plan on shopping here definitely show up early to get the best deals, and bring a friend to help watch your things. You will find a crowd waiting before the store opens this is always the case, I have never seen this store not busy.

Worst place in the planet. There are rules of no re selling products sold in last chance. People still do it. You need to fight to get in the store and buy anything. Constant yelling , screaming , kids crying , and broken glass on the floor. Many OSHA violations. I've witnessed employees pay less for items.
Also let other customers shop in the back. 
Supervisors are racist and prejudice to low income families. There are mice in the stock roo. Security allows regulars to steal. The fitting rooms are sexist. Employees speak bad about customers in multiple languages.
Also allot of things on the floor. There is always a spill near the registers and missing children. Do not take your child. They will be taken or get lost , scared and traumatized.  
 Managers let their employees be intoxicated  and under the influence while at work. Shjoe manager is a pervert, and only hires in his words "pretty women " . Very rude employees with poor hygiene. I never want to go back ever again. Please shut this place down.

Must have patience! When we went, they had an extra 75% off yellow tag (not sure how often that type of sale happens), dresses were all $10 and bathing suits were 50% off. It can be overwhelming and some stuff is in really bad shape (ripped/holes, obviously used and returned), but you can also find some great deals. Go in the morning and be prepared to spend hours in the store.

To answer this young gentleman, who helped me some times in Last Chance, called Mario Felix. Last Chance Phoenix was the first store opened by Nordstrom as clearance store to sell returned products and products that were not able to sell at Nordstrom and Nostrom rack for a cheapest price. At times this store can be intimidated due to its overwhelming environment, however, as a costumer who frequently goes to shop here couple times per month, I'm very disappointed to this comment coming from a Last Chance ex-employee, Mario Felix, who would give a 5-star costumer service.

The behavior of this Last Chance ex-employee does not represent all the Last Chance employees, in the last 3 or 4 months most of the employees have had an outstanding improvement. I've witnessed the way how they run their products and I LOVE it, now is equally fair for everyone and I also admire their courage to tell regular customers to no shop productsfor their aggressive shopping habits.

The new rules implemented by store, since early December, are really helping to prevent fights among costumers and to the non-regular customers to get designer products. 

I would definitely not recommend to bring children at the store because, as a clarence store, is always crowded and they can easily get lost; however, I've experienced a lost child in the store while shopping there and the awesome Last Chance team stop doing their duties in order to find the lost child to reunite him/her to his/her family.

All sizes are mixed in with all other sizes. 
The racks are laid out by size but nothing hanging corresponds. 
Too bad as there is a LARGE selection one must dig through in order to find the right size; I don't have time for that...
