Customer service is everything for me. And never felt so welcomed and important as on my visit to this store. I walked in here with the pair of boots I thought I liked and Donna didn't let me take them(they were more expensive too). She made sure I had the boots that better fit me. I couldn't believe I had been buying the "wrong" boots for the longest. I couldn't be happier with my King Toes from Red Wing!

Love their products and service here. No good deals, but quality is second to none. Only one poor customer service experience here with a person that I had never seen before. Maybe a fill-in, I'm going to just try and forget about that.
