Don’t EVER buy their “sale” furniture, especially their Lazy-Boy recliners. We ordered a recliner on February 5th. We STILL don’t have the recliner. The distribution center has called us 5 times to reschedule delivering the recliner to us. We are about to hit 2 months of waiting and that is ridiculous. How can a store sell products that they promise are in stock while in reality they don’t even have or know which distribution center has it in their inventory? First they said delivery was too busy so it would take at least 3 weeks, we understood and left it at that. Then they said the product wasn’t there in the warehouse when it was being picked up so rescheduling was our only option. Then they promised on the next 3 separate occasions that our chair would come. They give us the call the night before the delivery date to then call again in the morning to tell us our delivery has been cancelled. Mind you, whenever you call their call center you get different people, you can’t just talk to one person so accountability is thrown out the window. Their call center is a joke and NO ONE, “managers/supervisors” included, does anything but lie to appease the people who foolishly think they will get the product they paid for. It’s unethical to take money from people for products they don’t have in stock. Sears has been losing business but we’ve been loyal for 40+ years as a family customer. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had to go through. It’s time to close our account. Next time, I’ll just stop into Lazy-Boy and do business with them directly. ——- We went to sears to cancel the order. The manager came to the conclusion that the chair had been discontinued. Why wouldn’t anyone tell us this? Horrible business ethics. I will definitely spread the word to never shop with Sears after this until they shut their doors for good.

30 day return policy. No exceptions. I was literally 3 days past. No exceptions. Stay away. Won't be in business much longer anyway. That's why they aren't making exceptions.

Their tire shop manager is total garbage. Worst attitude I have ever seen, even for a low level employee. He even prevented other employees from helping me with a tire warranty issue. There's no secret as to why Sears as a whole can't make money and it's going bankrupt. Went from being a world class retailer and the most powerful in the US to being more like a third class store that can't seem to get its head from under the water. What a sad story Sears is becoming and it all starts with managers like this one.
