The guys in there are really nice and are definitely more than willing to make sure you buy a good fitting boot.

I'll tell you what, I've been here twice as has about 10 guys from the company I work for and I can tell you right now that the customer service at this location is 5 star as are the boots. This is a father son ran store and they really know everything about the product they sell and know how to fit everyone with the right boot. I won't be buying another brand of boot and I won't be buying my boots from anywhere but the pine ridge location for as long as they will be around.

Fantastic products, knowledgeable staff, and beautiful store. Definitely check this place out regardless whether or not you're familiar with Red Wing.

Boots are great, customer service is terrible. A few months back I bought work boots from this location. The person who helped me was the owner's son. My experience in the store was fine, besides the fact that the guy wasn't sure how to charge me for the boots. The company that I work for helps pay for the boots of all the employees, all we have to do is bring in a PO # to the store so the company gets charged and not us. After a few minutes he seemed to have figured it out. He gave me a recipt, I said thank you and left. Apparently he didn't figure it out. The next day my boss gets a call from the owner saying that I forced his son to give me the boots yelling "just give me the f***ing boots!" Not once did the f word come out of my mouth when I was in his store. I was nothing but polite, calling him sir and saying please and thank you. To keep himself from getting in trouble with his father, he made outlandish accusations about me that could have gotten me fired if my boss didn't know me better than that. I hope a new red wings opens up somewhere else soon, cause I will never be going back to this one.
