I love this store, I go all the time! I'm a weirdo in that I like being left alone when shopping and hunting for stuff on my own, u can scour the racks here and nobody will get pushy. In fact, it can get difficult to find an open  register because sometimes the staffing is very low. That being said, the staff are uniformly nice and pleasant and try to help in every way. They can order your size or color if not available in store, online from the register, with free shipping and they take back returns with no hassles. They have a huge selection of womens' merchandise and I love the bedding/towel dept. I got my mattress here and they were so patient! Even at Chanel and Dior cosmetics, where other dept. stores have staff with snooty attitudes, these salesladies are superbly nice and not pushy at all, no attitude whatsoever. Lots of bilingual staff and they help tourists and natives alike. Sometimes I've even seen the store manager--tall guy in a suit--walking through the store and he says hello to everybody. Now THAT IS GREAT TO SEE!! Great store!!!

I called this store to locate a particular item and was unable to reach anyone by phone. The operator kept transferring me to different departments, not one person answered the phone, including customer service! Haha what a joke of a store! And what a waste of time!

Great lady at the cologne counter, very helpful.
Can't say that for the men's casual department, was there to buy a casual coat, salesman walks by me , I said hello, had a jacket in my hand and two bags, his commitment was " you can sit your bags over there"
No help at all !!!!!!
I worked retail men's , I would guess this department sales SUCH !
VERY DISAPPOINTED !
Went to  DILLARDS, bought 2 jackets , 2 shirts, and pair of slacks. Spent $675.00.
That's a sale you lost because of an arrogant , I will not use the word ( sales consultant ) because he would tarnish that name.

Sales people in most departments are eager to help you & are very pleasant. Inventory is lacking but they are willing to order for you with free shipping to your home.
