Good selection of Red Wing shoes, but at the time I visited, they we out of stock on the 3 selections I wanted.

Ordered boots on the 3rd of March, paid in full. According to the tracking information, this store didn't place the order until the 16th. Boots were shipping from Gardena. Store failed to update me on any information. I had to call twice to get a tracking number.  I called on the 16th to get a tracking number and was told they would call back, which tells me they forgot to order my boots and ordered them that day. When I called back the following day, I was issued a tracking number. This store has a small foot print, rather low rent, and ran by amateurs. Avoid if you can.

Worst customer service. I've worn the red wing brand for over a decade, and have always had pleasant things to say. Until I met the unprofessional staff in long beach. Not only did they sale me the wrong boots, they blamed me for it. I made two trips and ended up leaving without ANY boots because I'd rather spend my money elsewhere then give it to this location. Go to another branch. ANY branch but long beach.
