Great setup.  Store looked great.  Finally a descent sporting good store with good selection of fishing gear at the mall.  3 stars for the store layout and goodies.  I would give 0 stars for service.  Can't flag anyone down.  Almost as if they don't want to sell to you.   It's a shame they spend crazy money for the store and don't train their employees.

Bought a Fitbit Blaze heart rate monitor. After setting it up I realized I could not read the display without my reading glasses. I don't want to wear them while working out. I returned the device. I was refunded the amount for the device but the 45.99 for the warranty was not. I was told since I set it up it was not like new so the warranty could not be refunded. I had the device for three days and it never left the house. Beware what you purchase there. If you don't like it they might keep your money.

I went online for the release of the Jordan 11 made my purchase, received a confirmation number, and waited to receive my email stating that my order was ready for pick up only to receive an email stating that my order had been cancelled. I cancelled another order because my order with Dick's had been confirmed. Shoes were limited and sold out in every shoe store. Not pleased with Dick''s and their ordering process. Coporate told me that all online orders had been cancelled because they had a line of people at the store. I call BS.

I went in to Dick's to check out shoes from the Sunday ad. I waited several minutes in the shoe department for help before going to the checkout desk to request a shoe clerk.  A few minutes later someone showed up but after another 10 minutes 2 of the 3 shoes I was interested in from the ad were not available. Then the clerk disappeared. I finally left after a wasted 1/2 hour and no shoes. I needed and will buy a new pair of running shoes.  Why do stores bother to advertise products they don't have? Why don't they have enough support staff anymore?

I went there to purchase 2 bikes I saw advertise, what a waste of my time. Both staff members that helped me could not answer a question, they had to ask someone else and I would get my answer 5 mins later. No customer service what so ever, no product knowledge and no care in the world to help customers. There were 2 other customers there that felt, exactly the same way!!
