Pricey shoes. ...well made.  Great if you work on your feet.  Not very stylish but again well made.

Personal attention and they will do maintenence on your shoes for free.  Not bad.

Visited the Midlothian store today and spike with Dee Green about an issue I had with a pair of boots. She was very attentive and apologetic. She got me into a pair of boots that fit perfect and I'm sure will give me a lot of good use and wear. Red Wing has got me again as a customer for life. Way to go Red Wing.

Staff was great, helped me get the perfect pair of boots for work. Finally got work boots that fit properly and don't make my feet hurt after a long day. Worth every penny.

Called a lady on the phone today asking about a free resoling policy I had been told about 8 years ago when I bought my shoes.  She tells me they never had that policy.  I ask her a hypothetical question before I get off the phone about if a store would honor policies they promised at the time of buying.  Harmless right?  She proceeds to babble for 3 minutes about how busy she is and how they never offered free  resoles  (instead of answering my final question before I go off to research on my own time) and puts me on hold.

I respectfully tried to keep her on track, but she just freaked.  Not a fan of the location.

Wide range of boots separated by steel toe or non steel toe.  Attentive service staff that aim to please. 
They will also oil and lightly maintain your boots while you wait to include new laces if needed.
