There were a few people in line ahead as I walked in to drop some shoes off for new soles and cleaning. I was acknowledged the moment I walked in, he said he would be right with me. Within about 5 minutes he had my boots signed in and let me know about an accessory discount. Clean store, good customer service.

The young man who helped my hubby with his shoe selection was friendly, courteous &knowledgeable. (That's why I'm rating 3 stars ) Some older guy who came out from the  back after we were there 10 minutes or so just stood behind the counter GLARING at me the whole time. And I mean CONSTANTLY. He was NOT friendly &  REALLY  gave me the impression that he was watching me as if he ASSUMED I would steal something!! NOT. I was sitting on a bench THE WHOLE TIME talking to my husband & the friendly associate but this other fool just kept rudely STARRING.  The only time he came from behind the counter was when I inquired about the shoe oils they had out. Guess he wanted to make sure I wasn't gonna walk off with one.... I think if you can't treat ppl like you'd want to be treated you have NO BUSINESS working with the public. Not right to profile ppl just because of your projections & negative assumptions. 
We spent over $200. 00 at this store. I don't appreciate being treated like a damn criminal

Asked for my size in three different styles of boot and each time, only one or two if any sizes were in stock. It's probably a good idea to have shoes in stock when it's your business. Was told "looks like it's not your lucky day." Will not be returning.

Shoes hurt after a week and i lost the reciept. The let me trade in and were very helpfull plus new shoes are amazingly comfortable

Horrible sales service, tried calling to get an issue resolved and would not answer all day. When I got to the store the poor excuse for sales man wouldn't help with the situation no, and turned away a large transaction. Wouldn't shop at this store there's a better one on there other side of town.
