Best service! Staff is awesome and the boots can't be beat. Very tough and long lasting, even on the railroads. Will definitely be back for my next boot purchase (these boots are so tough it will be awhile)

I am a mechanic and on my feet all day so I decided to invest in a good pair of work boots and spent over $300 for a pair of supposedly "warranty guaranteed" red wing boots.  I have owned many boots in my life and these are probably the worst AND the most expensive ever.  In under a year they are completely falling apart and the insides are cutting into my feet. As for the warranty, I don't know what it covers because they still want you to pay to actually fix the shoes. I would NOT recommend this company or their products to anyone!

Great service. I was assisted by Henry who was very thorough, insuring I found the perfect fit. Red Wing sizes don't run like most brands--I suggest going into the store and avoiding purchasing from the web to prevent ordering the incorrect size.

Excellent product! Excellent customer service! You get what you pay for and so much more! I've had a couple of pairs of Red Wings before. When other boots were only lasting 6mo or so, my Red Wings were lasting a couple of years. My third pair started to seperate from the sole only after 2mo, so I ran by the store one day with them and Mr.Henry just smiled and said "Let me make that right for you". He gave me a whole new pair. No hassle or argument like I was kinda expecting to happen. Great folks! I will be going back for my next purchase.

This is an awesome store. The service is not comparable to any other store I've ever been to. They are so nice and helpful and make you feel you are the only customer they have. My husband and I have used them for several years now and even though I only go in once or twice a year, Mr. Henry remembers who I am. Great shoes. Great service.
