I met with Tony King on a Thursday and signed listing papers that day. I was scheduled for real estate photos for the following Wednesday, and was told that it would be a week later before everything was complete in regards to the listing. I woke up the next day with listing remorse for several reasons, the first being that it was going to take so long to get my listing out there and I had worked so hard to get my house ready and didn't want to wait 2 more weeks. I also had remorse because instead of telling the client what is great about their house he spent his time focusing on the negatives and even went so far to say that I HAD TO GET GRANITE COUNTERS INSTALLED AND REPLACE ALL OF MY APPLIANCES WITH STAINLESS STEEL. He said this a couple of times. It was absurd, my appliances are 2 1/2 years old. When I sent an email saying that i expected my house to be on MLS within 48 hours of taking the photographs and wanted a schedule for everything else, he called and cancelled the listing. Why did he do that? Because they are paid by customer surveys and he knew he would NOT get good survey results from me. He likes to talk in sales-eeze instead of giving customers specific information about their listing. Do not list with Tony King in the DFW area. I have called his boss to report his behavior.

House sat on market, little to no showings.   I got a text at 9:30 for a appointment for a noon showing, I declined and asked to move it to later, since I didn't see it until after 1100 due to a conference call I was on, (I work from home).   The agent called me and basically lectured me on not agreeing to all showings, regardless of circumstance.  Low and behold at noon, a realtor and his clients are coming through my door!!!!   Once I pulled listing,  the service and politeness got even worse.!!! I had to practically beg them to remove lockbox,   it took me 5 calls to get it removed. Once they took pics off Zillow I called to ask a question and the assistant Randa was very nasty, curt and rude.  THere is no way an assistant should treat clients that way.  So, don't buy into "we will take of you " its bulcrapl, you will almost never hear from them and once you do, expect nastiness if you have nay questions, requests or feedback.  They are not client friendly almost to the point of arrogance.    Seller beware!!!!
