I had a great experience working with Barbara. She listened to what I wanted and was very quick at responding and sending me listings with exactly what I was looking for. She helped work with my schedule as far as setting up appointments and went above and beyond to help me find the right place. I was very happy and impressed with her efficiency, knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Barbara if your looking to lease or buy a new home

Barbara and Keny were fantastic! Our family moved here from California and they truly focused on relationship-building by offering to show us homes even prior to taking us on as clients. They are personable and  really care about finding the right home for their clients. We are grateful for all that they did to support us in our move to Texas!

We have been working with Svetlana Grujic to purchase a home in this very competitive market.  Her knowledge of the market and availability have been simply wonderful.  We have considerable time constraints due to a lease ending when we decided to buy and had worked with her to secure the lease initially (which was a great experience) so decided to use her again. 
During our search and offers I don't think more than 5 minutes lapsed from when we would text her or email her before she responded.  Even on Sunday night!  I don't think she takes any days off.  
She is a very hard worker and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

I had a fantastic home buying experience with Barbara. As a first time home buyer, she made the entire home buying process easy and fun! What stood out to me most was her honesty and willingness to do whatever it took to make sure I was getting the best deal. She was always available to answer all my questions and always followed up! 

Her assistant Keny worked equally hard. He made sure I was aware of all upcoming appointments and was always flexible.

I would definitely recommend Barbara to anybody who is looking to buy/ sell in the Dallas metroplex area!

Barbara Arredondo is hands down the best realtor in Dallas. Honest hardworking people who cares about their clients best interests are not easy to find but she is just that. She is as much of a hidden gem as the homes she finds. I feel privileged and honered to have had her help us in purchasing our first home. I can't say enough good things about her. Whether you are buying or selling a home you can't go wrong with this talented realtor.
