Very old apartment. Don't move in here unless you get a room on the top floor. Terrible old poorly constructed apartment. I can hear every single step that my upstairs neighbors take very loud. The ceiling actually shakes! I feel like people are walking right above my head. Not only i can hear when they use bathroom but also I can hear when they open/close closets. I can hear their phone's vibration!! I have talked to the neighbor and they told me that the previous people who used to live in my apartment also complained about the issue. They say they don't walk loud.. although I always think they are super loud walkers when I hear they walking. I guess the floor is super thin and the material is old? It's carpet floor (upstairs as well) but absolutely no padding. I talked to the management several times but nothing has been changed. They just talked to the upstairs neighbors. Of course the problem wasn't solved. They don't take it seriously. Don't be fooled by the relatively cheap rent, newer appliances and kitchen&shower. Just avoid here. To be honest, this is not livable. I can't relax at my own home.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR ADS! I am normally a generous reviewer, but do not trust their ads! Do not trust their "Show Apartment" either! Ads on Zillow, HotPads, or their individual site. The photos they show are nothing like the actual apartments with broken windows, smelly carpet, false advertisement of decks and garages attached... DO NOT TRUST THEIR ADS! Waist of and hour of your time!

Above a 3-star rating? No way! Very disappointed with this place and I would avoid here unless you get a top floor apartment. I live on the 2nd floor of a 3-floor building and can hear every step, large or small, that my upstairs neighbors take. When the upstairs neighbors flush or take a shower we can hear it loud and clear. The walls are constructed well as I can't hear the neighbors beside me, but from the upstairs it's very loud with any movement my neighbors make at all. Whenever my upstairs neighbors walk, I know exactly which room they're in and can follow their steps. Carpeting feels cheap and seems there is little padding (maybe no padding at all?) below the carpeting which would help if they added that. The surrounding area is nice near Goldsmith's Park and it's very quiet and nice outside the apartments. Enough parking for everyone and average amenities including a fitness center and pool. Convenient for Microsoft or Nintendo. More about the apartment: Good layouts and nice windows in each room. Good closet space in each room and a nice balcony with storage and some lovely trees outside near our balcony. The bedrooms are standard size for a master and 2nd bedroom. Kitchen is a bit small for a 2-BR and appliances are very dated. On the flip side, the bathrooms and showers/tubs seem more modern and are nice. The Seattle/Eastside metro area (Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, etc.) is one of the hottest, most competitive markets in the country right now for apartments/real estate so unfortunately we had to rent this place without viewing it first. Don't be fooled by the "cheap" prices. I pay more than $1900 for 925 sq. ft. for an apartment built in the mid-1980s and I don't think they've changed the washers/dryers in my apartment since it was built. You'd think with a building complex that's probably already paid off the management/ownership could afford some newer, decent appliances in the kitchen and laundry area, but I guess sadly landlords are cheap everywhere despite what the market allows them to charge and the profits they make. Again, this place is somewhat on the "cheaper" side for the Seattle/Eastside metro area, but I would consider paying a little more in the future to have a place that isn't loud due to poor construction and has a little more modern/energy efficient appliances. I guess you get what you pay for.

Leasing office got burnt a year ago, and now they are finally repairing it. No gym, no swimming pool since almost a year. Very poor and late service in solving even small maintenance issues. I do not suggest staying here. Old houses. Bad bad bad service. Yes, also my package got stolen.
