Started off great till I booked a grooming appointment 2 months out, someone got sick the day of her appointment so it was cancelled. The best they could do is reschedule the appointment 2 more months out.

For some reason I can't log out of my daughters account. My name is actually Brandy Trost and this is my review. This clinic itself is amazing and the staff are wonderful. Truth is, all the vets in Redmond are fairly expensive when compared to other cities. Unfortunately, they are exceptionally higher. For example, I was quoted $900-$1300 for a neuter with a retained testicle, immunization, and rabies shot/certification. I ended up going to a less glamorized building with wonderful staff and a great Doctor for $159.00. The end result is the same with the exception that I didn't have to go in debt to have my little buddy taken care of. Sorry Redmond vet clinic

Dr Curt and staff are amazing people. They not only have the best facility around, but truly care and provide excellent service. Dr Curt made follow up calls, a house visit, and sent us a card. He is a great person and veterinarian. I highly recommend him for your animal needs.

We have seen each of the doctors and they are all fabulous. Great care and follow through. Staff are always respectful. We drive from Bend to come here.

Here's the truth, they overcharge by twice the normal cost for a routine blood panel, not ask for permission to shave your cat to draw blood and do an expensive, unnecessary ultrasound without your permission to locate your cats bladder to collect urine. Thier technicians are clearly not trained to collect urine (cystocentesis) without the guidance of an ultrasound. Yet many other clinics can achieve a cysto without it because they are properly trained and can draw blood without shaving. However, this clinic charged $48.25 blood collection fee AND $78.90 ultrasound/cysto fee AND $250 for a rountine blood panel. That's not including the exam fee, and this $500 visit was just a routine check as preventative measures. In most instances it only takes IDEXX Lab just 24 hours to email routine blood results to thier clinic, yet I had to call for my cats' results 2 days later. I won't be back with my other cats for annual check-ups.
