The weight room is decrepit and out of date.  The free-weights/machines are at least 20 years old.  There are holes in the pads, the handles of machines are gross....  The membership fees are high, and if you want to use a towel, you have to pay extra!!
Though I don't go to any of them, I understand the classes are nice, and that they are useful especially to the elderly.
I guess if you are joining for a weight room, or for a nicely kept or well maintained environment, then you should look elsewhere.
On the other hand if you are interested in classes, don't mind the musk, and have the extra money to burn this is your place!

Nothing wimpy about this sauna, it is hot!
I go for my weekly sweat & that is all I use the club for. The price is great too, half of what I paid at my last club.

I go here for my physical theraphy through Adventist Health. Redwood Health Club has a contract with them. We work in the indoor pool that is a consistant temperature and is maintained fairly well.

Best place to stop by and get a sauna treatment for a simple flat day rate!

Really nice place. Full facilities - classes, nice indoor and outdoor pools, raquetball and basketball courts, full gym and weightroom. Locker rooms with showers and sauna. Definitely good for families.
