Amanda (pharmacist) & her staff are professional, efficient, & considerate. On several occasions Amanda has spent a substantial amount of time trying to get an Rx approved. I’m so appreciative of the personal attention the Reeds staff gives to their customers.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Extremely unprofessional and quick to accuse you of being a drug seeker. Refused to fill a prescription my Dr had changed.  Will be calling corporate.  Not the first time they have refused to fill a prescription. Even when paying cash. DO NOT GO HERE.

Never crowded, very professional, individual care close to home.  They seem to have almost everything we need.  Costs are similar to other, larger pharmacies that are more crowded and not as   personable.

Horrible customer service. Specifically the Hedgesville location. On mote than one occasion gave me THE WRONG MEDICATION twice actually.  They have unrealistic hours as well. You have to plan your day around them. Most recently the state changed their software  and they were unable to give me the medication I require daily. To add insult to injury this happened minutes before they closed. The employees were more interested in leaving for the day than help a customer. Wallgreens down the road was able to help me where they just wouldn't or were not trained properly regardless they were bad about it even bad mouthing me to the new pharmacy I had requested to change to. If you take more than ONE simple medication and unless you can go without it for a few days I recommend using a bigger store. No wonder small business' die. THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER DELTA WITH.......EVER!!!!
