When I read the reviews I'm blown away! Our experience was great! We worked with Kevin he was patient and helpful. When we went to purchase our items, Chase bank thought it was fraudulent and declined us. Totally embarrassing as we had to call them twice to get the purchase to go thru as it was a Sunday.... The cashiers were so kind and totally got that it wasn't us... today we received our furniture and having to get the huge items upstairs and than putting an entire entertainment center together upstairs, on apparently a very uneven floor the guys that delivered it, George and Jose were absolutely great! There was some transfer of paint on one of our pieces and they are already planning on coming out to look at it and remedy it. I actually thought the prices were very fair and delivery was free. Honestly after ordering items on Wayfair earlier this year and having to put EVERY single piece together, I would choose Reeds any day!!! I plan to go back and ad a few pieces before the year ends. Bottom line my experience was great, enjoyable and I'm so glad I went with my gut and not some of the reviews.

Very polished talk. Be careful with the items. We purchased a sofa and twin mattress it came damaged. We went back to store and selected another one. The new item also has some damage and they used some kind of glue to fix it. Also, the cable is very short, we are still waiting for the technician help. They do not do anything unless you call them. They did not credited my excess amount, they were just waiting for me to call back.

I recently purchased furniture through the sale associate, Anthony Correa. When I received my furniture I found damages. I called Anthony and he was very empathetic and accommodating. He quickly resolved the problem by replacing my furniture without hesitation. I was very impressed with his customer service skills. I love my new furniture! Thanks again Anthony!!!!
