BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a five piece bedroom set from Reeds Furniture that within 16 months became INFESTED with white mold. We thought we had an undetected leak because there was a foul, mildewy odor in the bedroom. To our horror we discovered that the source of the smell was coming from the furniture! It was riddled with mold spores, every single piece. Upon calling Customer Service I was told the furniture was no longer under "Manufacturer" warranty. Reeds Furniture didn't want to take ANY responsibility. I had to put the contaminated furniture in storage because Reeds Furniture REFUSED to pick it up. I had to fight with them for weeks to finally get some resolution. I chose to take a financial loss rather than have to deal with this company again. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM REEDS FURNITURE.

After an initial "glitch" in our delivery time, I must say that Jeff, their salesman in the Agoura store, did come through for us. He managed to get us our furniture within the two week estimate after all. Our furniture was delivered today, on Sunday, exactly within the time frame quoted. The furniture is beautiful and just perfect for our room. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Good customer service. We bought bedroom set and living room furniture. Everything came in on time and we are completely satisfied. We had one problem with the bed frame not lining up properly and Reeds took care of it for us.

Cheep furniture didn't last 2 days had a hard time getting furniture replaced
