Reeds is the best! I go here for all my jewelry purchases and repairs and have since I moved to Duxbury. I recently purchased a Roberto Coin necklace here. Doug helped me reconstruct my engagement and wedding bands with such thoughtfulness and care. Heather and Doug are so professional, knowledgeable and kind. They even gifted us with a ring when our son was born with his initial on it. I could not recommend Reeds more! Would trust them with anything!

Hands down the best place to get your jewelry. I had the best experience here shopping for an engagement ring and was met with amazing customer service from Heather, Doug, and Robin. All were so helpful in the process, from picking my diamond, to choosing/customizing the setting, and then negotiating a fair price. They have endless options here for all preferences, and display a willingness to do whatever they can to satisfy their customers needs. They are the friendliest of people, and made the process fun and exciting. I look forward to continuing to do business with Reeds and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a personalized and pleasant experience.
This review is long over due. I went to Reeds around May 2021 to start the process of designing an engagement ring. We had been to 3-4 Jewelers prior, and can emphatically say Reeds, and specifically Doug, were the best. Doug was super knowledgeable, resourceful hunting down the best diamonds for exactly what we wanted, flexible, and responsive. The ring is absolutely stunning and we could not be more pleased with the diamond, Reeds, and especially Doug top notch!
I have had the most wonderful experience with the staff. Everybody is incredibly kind, welcoming, and have taken the time to get to know me on a personal level. I bought my wife's engagement ring and our weddings bands, and they have gone out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. They called me when the perfect diamond became available, and they've done a wonderful job with keeping my ring in perfect condition. I would absolutely recommend them and look forward to returning!
I always have a wonderful experience at Reeds Jewelers of Duxbury: from having my jewelry fixed, to adding new pieces to my collection, to just spending time browsing the collections. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional with good taste and beautiful suggestions. I have found many lovely pieces here over the years, something for every budget size. My husband worked with Mark and Sarah to build my engagement ring and Heather found the perfectly matching wedding band. I have referred many people here and no one has been disappointed! Heather and the team are always ready and willing to serve. Love them!
I love this jewelry store. I’ve been in them all over the south shore. I love jewelry! It’s my passion! It’s dangerous. But I love the store. They have the best jewelry . They have designer things and items you will never find anywhere else . I love 18 karat Italian jewelry and they have it . The people are wonderful and I feel like a fixture there . If you want something special and different, definitely this is the place
Heather is always so helpful and patient. There is never any pressure and she takes the time to be sure you have seen similar items to be sure you are getting what you want.
