This company is a perfect example why the white community does not want to deal with us a black vendors. It is December the 15th in Memphis Tn. And as you all know, it's been cold as all get out especially in the morning hours. I contacted my warranty company I regards to getting service after my wife woke up to a cold house. It was so cold, this first thing I had to do was get my family out of there.
  The warranty company I had is Sears, I dumped them after this experience also. Long story short, Reeves tried to put my service call off until the next day, but I insisted that they come out. They did not even show until after 4 p.m. , didn't fix a dang thing and had the nerves to request the service call fee. Look people, save yourselves some heart ache and slam the door on this disgraceful company. As a African American male, I am so ashamed of this company. I could say more, but I believe enough has been said. You all have been warned, run this company off.

This company is horrible, I would first like to say I am an African American male so this is not coming from a racially bias stand point. This company is the prime example of how hard working African American business get bad reputations. They are full of excuses and very unprofessional. My air condition unit went out early Friday morning and a claim was placed, I was told that I would hear back Reeves Air Conditioning & Heating within 24 hours. After not hearing back from the Reeves Air Conditioning & Heating I contacted my warranty company and they said it could be Monday morning before you get a call back. I explained to 2-10 warranty that It's the hottest week in July, I have a two week old son and my situation was moved to emergency status. I got a call back from this same company saying they would be at my home on Monday between the hours of 5pm and 7pm. Keep in mind its Saturday and my call is in emergency status, I still remained calm and just said okay. This company never called or showed up on Monday. Myself and the warranty people called and left several messages on Monday. Got a call back on Tuesday saying the tech got sick and they would try to get to me on Wednesday. I ask them in a VERY POLITE WAY why are you not putting me on the first thing this Tuesday morning, and contacting your Tuesday clients informing them of this incident and the delays. I was told by the company in a rude manner we are not going to do that. If you don't like it you can connect your warranty people and find someone else. I ask the lady how do you spell this company name she gave me a incorrect spelling. I asked her for the address to this company, and she refused. After further thought, this company already had the original time slot for Monday between 5pm and 7pm. They did nothing when the service call was escalated on Saturday. Their website says 24 hours, thats a joke. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. JUST TRY CONTACTING THEM AT  8PM AND SEE IF YOU GET A RETURN CALL THE SAME DAY, if you want to test their claims of 24 hours. You can also tell that they have fake post made by friends and family.

Great company to deal with. My AC went out on a Sunday, called AHS, Reeves was out on Monday, ordered the part and back to my house on Tuesday to fix it. I have to say that the technician they sent out, Ronald is one of the most experienced, personable, and professional contractor I've worked with. Reeves make sure you take good care of Ronald! He is a one of a kind guy, and A+++ is my book. Don't let the other posts scare you off from using Reeves. Its more then likely folks that had a very hard time with their home warranty companies like I did; however, that is no fault of Reeves.  Again, great company to work with and Ronald is top notch!

The worst black owned company in the city of Memphis!!!!!! If possible I would give them 5 no stars. Oh there is so many more comments I could give about this terrible Black Owned Company but it would take all day and 5 pages to explain my disgust for this Black Owned Company, starting with the female owner of the company, that speaks as if she has no education and doesn't know how to talk to customers.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

BEWARE of this BLACK OWNED BUSINESS...

Reeves A/C & Heating (aka Rise Home Service) is a shoddy, unprofessional & poorly managed company. It took 2 months for my parent’s home clothes dryer to be repaired & due to a blunder made by the inept technician that they sent out, the electricity was COMPLETELY KNOCKED OUT!! The repair was finally made by SEARS!! To ALL CONSUMERS OUT THERE - save yourself anguish, frustration & stress! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Reeves  A/C or Rise Home Service! THEY ARE AWFUL!!
