Review made me give them at least 1 star but they do not even deserve the 1. I see that someone else had the same EXACT problem that I am having so I am just reiterating that. Also, let it be noted that I called and asked for the deductible back as that the service was never performed and I was told I had to take this up with my home warranty  because the diagnostic fee is due just for them to come out and was then hung up on. My guess is this company makes their money "diagnosing" all day and never actually following up on the work. Our home warranty company sent Rise Home Services out to our home due to issues with a broken dishwasher. We paid them and they reassured us that a piece would need to be ordered. The piece was never ordered per our home warranty and we never received a call from Rise stating when they would return to fix it. Calls went unanswered and now we still have a broken dishwasher. Our warranty company will now have to send another company out. So frustrating. Do not trust these individuals.

Our home warranty company sent Rise Home Services out to our home due to issues with a broken dishwasher. We paid them and they reassured us that a piece would need to be ordered. The piece was ordered and we never received a call from Rise stating when they would return to fix it. The supplier even reassured that the item had been shipped and Rise had received it. Calls went unanswered and now we still have a broken dishwasher. Our warranty company will now have to send another company out. So frustrating. Do not trust these individuals.

Home warranty company sent Rise Home Services to repair a squealing dryer. 2 months and 2 technicians later and they’ve completely broken it. Won’t work at all now. Won’t return phone call. Won’t keep scheduled appointments. This is a joke.

My home warranty sent this co out to my house to fix ac, i told the man the fan was not moving.  With that said he swore nothing was wrong and all he needed to do was to top it off with freon. Needless to say i had to pay my deductible and still had no ac!!!! When i called the co back i got no answer,  so i cld again and left a voicemail. .still no call back or anything to this day!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CO!!!!

Horrible company! Rise came out through our home warranty to fix a broken hvac. They ordered the part but when I called three weeks later to check on it they said another technician took our part and they would order another one. Our warranty company paid them. Rise no longer answers their phone and our warranty now only wants to give us $150 to fix the motor. Total scam!
