I was recommended here by my regular dentist to have a root canal and wisdom teeth pulled. While doing my x-rays, one of my wisdom teeth chipped, no big deal since they're being pulled. But I sat forward to try spit the pieces out of my mouth and the lady attending me tried to push me back into the seat to put the bib on me. Then while laying back in the seat with my mouth propped out, the same lady backed up and literally put her butt on my face.
My crown popped off less than 2 months of having it put on. Then while at my normal dentist office, we discovered there is a pretty good gap between my crown and my tooth. My dentist said this could lead to a lot of problem since its in a spot that can't be reached by brushing or flossing. The crown cost me 1100 dollars and I now have to go back in to have it looked at by them. They also left cement on the side of my teeth. Would not recommend, period. The people at the front desk are nice and polite though.

Been there way more than I would like the past few months. But all the staff always makes it worth being there. I drive over an hour just to go to them. I am always well greeted and comfortable when they are working on me. Well recommend. - Raven

This place always does a great job. My daughter loves to go see her dentist. It is always clean and everyone is very friendly. I’ve never had any problems

I had not been to the Dentist in longer than I'd like to admit and my teeth needed some serious attention. Brittany, Wendy and Mr. Lu were amazing. I also had my toddler with me and after an hour and a half she started getting very wiggly and not once did they act like she was delaying the process (which she was), I appreciated that very much. We will both be going again in 6 months. I highly recommend this place.

Do not go to refresh dental. When you call to make an appointment they schedule you without knowing the actual doctors schedule. I drove an hour to be told they couldn't see me for 3 weeks after my appointment was confirmed. Then they say if you get sick or can't make your appointment you are never allowed back as a patient and they won't accept you back ever again. Lastly I had scheduled surgery at 11:30am and I wasn't even brought back from the waiting room until 2pm because they only have one room to do the surgery and didn't schedule properly. Lastly they send you home with things to take care of you and they only gave me one piece of gauze so I bled everywhere and the pharmacist filling the prescriptions they gave me said they over prescribed me by ALOT and was very concerned about me taking what they gave me.  Go somewhere else without all these issues so you can have an enjoyable experience
