I usually enjoy coming to this theater because it is so comfortable and convenient. I can go shopping, dining and have my entertainment all in one area. I was so disappointed a couple of Fridays ago to see that black panther was not playing at this theater. Yes, it was playing at other theaters around town, but I wanted to view it at this theater. I ended up going to the Red.

5 stars for a great, clean theater and courteous staff. Have always enjoyed seeing movies at this theater. But, what's with this stupid, new idea of having to choose seats at the ticket counter?? Are you kidding me? How absurd!! Why? C'mon, it's not Ticketmaster tickets for a concert. A part of the joy of going to the movies, then purchasing your tickets and goodies, is walking in and looking around to choose seats once inside! Get real! Less than one star for that move!

It is a very clean establishment. It is very comfortable with reclining seats and the staff were very polite and courteous. My husband and I enjoyed it! Will be going back to Regal Cinemas to watch more movies.

Purchased a ticket online. Which I thought was for Saturday. Showed up on Saturday to view the movie, but I found out that the ticket was for Friday. I spoke to someone named Andrew who said he was the manager. He was not very helpful at all. I asked what could be done, because clearly the ticket had not been redeemed. He basically told me there was nothing he could do and I would need to purchase another ticket. Very disappointed... Beautiful theater... Customer service not so much!👎👎👎👎👎

Great place, recliners are a great touch. Bring a blanket. Never any heat. I always bring a coat and a scarf. Lady next to. Me today had ear muffs and a blanket. Smart lady.
