We came to this theater because we had a T-Mobile offer/reward. Overall decent experience. I would've given a 5 star rating but the employee at the guest services seemed irritated about me asking for information about my Regal Rewards account and also when I asked about information about the Regal Cinemas "app". I would think that if you are going to promote an app, than you would be knowledgeable about said app. The recliners were much more comfortable than the ones that are at the "downtown mall/movie theater." We will come back though. 👍

The new seating is amazing. It’s spacious enough for a big person and cozy enough for a child. The snack bar was efficient and the staff was more than friendly. I would chose this movie theater again in a heartbeat. My son enjoyed regal cinemas and my wife did as well.

I went to see Thor Ragnarok at the RPX theater and I will probably never see a movie in RPX again. Thor was great but the experience was not premium at all. The color was totally washed out. The sound was a standard movie theater sound. Also I thought that this movie would have been in 3D and it was not. Also the movies format did not fit the size of the screen either. The woman at guest services was very nice and gave us a refund for the movie.

The movie theatre is nice with comfortable recliners. We went to a showing of Coco with a start time of 11:00am. The actual movie did not start until 11:40am. That to me is way too many previews Almost takes the fun of watching the actual movie.

Theater has reclining seats, very clean, and the workers were very polite. But management is bad. Not to say all management but specifically Manager Wager. I believe that's his name spelling. I heard 3 complaints that the popcorn wasn't right. When staff asked to throw the batch out and pop new, the manager said, "we don't waste popcorn, it's subjective so mix new popcorn with the old." another example of good workers and a nice facility brought down by poor management.
