***Edit...popcorn machine down again. No voucher offered again. The waiter said you had no popcorn all weekend? Y'all really need to get it together and invest in a new machine for the Stone Oak location. Down a star until y'all put some effort in. I love you guys, I really do. In fact, I love y'all so much that I haven't been to a theater besides the Drafthouse in well over a year. But when your popcorn machine breaks down and you can't serve it, you really should give any customer who tries to order it a voucher for the next time they come. That is the type of action that would help take your customer experience from 4-stars to 5-stars. I hope y'all don't have this issue during the Star Wars premiere weekend.

This is my absolute favorite movie theater! Being able to watch an awesome movie and crack open a cold one with the boys, is what makes this place amazing! It's even perfect for date night! You can have a great meal, appetizer or even special drinks (alcoholic drinks) brought right to your table while you enjoy your film. This will always be my first choice to watch a film!

Favorite date night out. This theater is so accommodating.. the food and drinks may be expensive but the quality is worth the price. Seats are comfortable, and the whole establishment feels very classy for a movie theater. Plus it's in the middle of a shopping center so you have something to do while you wait for your movie to start!

Love this movie theater. Great food, nice employees, super comfy chairs. I love how Alamo draft house tries to be different from the chain movie theaters. It's really working for them.

I have had it with this place. Seating has improved and food is hit or miss. The real problem is the staff. A bunch of indifferent kids who could care less about what they are doing and who they are helping. No idea what customer service is. 99% of the time when I come here I don’t have to talk to anyone because I handle everything online. That’s the way to do it, avoid the staff and their millennial approach to customer service. Go else where.
