The facility is just not as nice as it once was. At first glance it still looks modern but if you look closer you see that it is actually run down and not being addressed. The theater seats are mostly broken down and the theaters themselves don't smell very pleasant. Too bad Regal doesn't reinvest money from the ever increasing ticket prices. Yes, as many comment it's employee base is comprised of teenagers, but isn't that typical? Service has always been good regardless.

Just saw 3 billboards. Great movie but don't see it at this theater. Got to hear the explosions from The Commuter that was playing in the theater next to it throughout the entire movie. Told management about the experience and they said they would turn down the volume in the future but offered nothing to us, didn't even say sorry. Here's a tip for the theater. Don't put action movies next to dramas.

Purchased 2 tickets on the regal app for a Guardians of the galaxy 2 . It was one of the last showings . Upon arrival the stands were closed . I had no way of getting a refund to THIS DAY ! I’m tired of the run around with this . I’ve tried numerous calls with regal 1800 # and they tell me I need to actually go to to the theatre and speak to a manger . IVE DONE THIS . He has also gave me the run around too. As if they CANT just give me my $30 dollars back . I never even got the chance to see the movie . Overall the service with upper management is poor they act is if you’re bothering them ! I’ll adjust my rating once I get better feedback .
