We went for the "Star Wars - Episode 8: The Last Jedi" fan event. We got there early thinking since it was a FAN EVENT that they would have done it up & the staff would be excited.. we got there early & had to basically explain that we had special tickets. There was nothing done up about the place & the extras for the new movie not included that we would've had to pay for, they didn't have & couldn't tell us when they would or offer to do something if we went back. Not sure who specifically that reflects on there.. but in the end I was left rather unimpressed..

The theater itself is small & quaint, but comfy & clean. The reclining chairs are nice. 

Overall I have nothing bad to say about my experience for the facility, but the one-time I went I wasn't over the moon & definitely would not choose that theater to spend $70 again to participate in a fan event. Next time I'll call around & see who plans to have the best atmosphere

I'll go there just to see a regular movie where there's nothing special going on & therefore I don't need to have high expectations about anything.

I really like the comfy seats, and the reclining action. The drinks and popcorn are grossly over-priced especially if you're bringing your spouse and kids. Normally I would never tell someone to break rules, but I definitely would say break out your big purse and bring your own goodies. Other than that, the staff are friendly, the theaters are roomy, and kept up nice.

Much better than it used to be with the stadium seating. Hopefully they will generate more money so they can update the tiny screens..
One thing that needs to be fixed: management disapearing when it is seriously busy at the concession stand. Star Wars opening night is not the time to cut back on labor hours at all. One incredibly hard working young lady worked the concession stand while the "manager" stood up against a wall watching people come in. The managers rarely help as this is a constant issue in Waterford. Perhaps it is time for corporate to step on in and teach some halfway decent leadership skills. 
The young lady handled her job as quickly as she could with as much grace as she could.  Clearly she is an excellent employee. An excellent employee who more than likely took her excellent work ethic elsewhere. 

It is an obvious issue with this theatre; EXTREMELY poor management.

Clean theater and friendly staff. You choose your seat when you purchase your ticket. The seats are large recliners, so the seat price is higher than some other theaters; the location is convenient enough for me to make up for that. Each seat has a cup holder on each armrest and a little table you can swing in front of you for other snacks. We took our kids to a movie and the 7 and 9 year old stayed in their own seats but the 4 year old snuggled in with her dad. We were not charged to bring our baby in, in his own car seat, which we kept at my feet.

This is by far one of the most comfortable theaters I have been to. Ample space the chairs all recline and each seat has its own mini table. My only complaint is you pick your seat before entering. So if you get in there and your seat is gross you can't sit someplace else without messing with someone else and possibly having to move.
