It is disappointing to see people on here writing negative reviews about Regal Exteriors. Most people expect things for free I guess! In any event, Regal Exteriors did an amazing job at our home. We hired them to do our siding for our house. They were quick, efficient and treat you with respect. Chris was very detailed and the office team is great. I will be hiring them back for any future jobs that may need to be done to our home.

They do not deserve any stars........ I was recommended to them from a close friend so I figured why not. At first everything went well but with insurance checks going to me, then the mortgage company, then to them so checks were hard to find. We were working on getting everything settled when my daughter was bucked off a horse, broke her back and we were in the hospital for 2 weeks then rehab for 7 weeks! Did not expect this...... I kept in contact with them through this whole situation and told them as soon as I get home we can figure this all out and I apologized over and over and told them I would give them a Doctors note if needed. A worker Adam soon sent a guy Joe after me and I explained everything again. The owner is afraid to do his own job! Well, as soon as I got home I started getting threatening voicemails and texts that they were going to send the police to my house if this doesn't get settled!!!!!!!! With everything I have going on (mind you I haven't worked since her accident) I wrote them a check for the amount they stated...... I just wanted them off my back! They still owe me 3 screens and it isn't done. Everything is signed and sealed, marked done but they are still waiting for a $200 check from my insurance and won't put my screens in until they get it! Well, I may have to file a police report against them! The owner said he doesn't care about what I am going through, HE WANTS his money! I wonder what he would do if his child was living in a wheelchair and needs 24/7 care? Wow, what a caring man........ I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( I regret sending him all the referrals that I already did. One of them is having problems with them to!)

Last year Regal was paid over $7000 to do the siding on my house after a tornado rolled through. Today they knocked on my door asking for $50 for the permit and $200 from a check I got from the insurance company for depreciation. I told them let me call the insurance company and if I was supposed to pay it to you I will. He continued his screaming that people like me are always ripping him off, he is taking me to court, and I'll pay all his lawyer fees. I tried 3 times to tell him if I owed them the money I'd gladly pay it. He wouldn't listen to me, only yelled and screamed all the way down my driveway. Stay away from this company! He treats people like crap. I asked 2 weeks ago for a quote on my garage. They never delivered and have now lost my business forever.
