It was a nightmare! Was visiting family in the area for the holidays! I wanted something weekly that had a good rate. It was horrible. The people that are in rooms are all long time residents. They hang around at night and talk and smoke outside of rooms to the wee hours of the morning. They all seem to know each other, and I saw little kids with their knapsacks leaving the rooms in the early morning, obviously going to school. I've never seen that at a motel/hotel before. There must be some kind of vouchers given to people on crack for this motel. People were hanging out their doors drinking and shooting the breeze all night. The room was dirty and gross and downright horrible. Thank goodness I had my own pillow and towels with he. They also illegally put my card though after I checked for made up charges, which I had to dispute. I say a homeless shelter would offer better accomadations then this place, stay away. You have been warned.

Great central location in Oxnard. Customer service was over the top! Nicely renovated furniture in the rooms.

Cheap, somewhat clean. Some rooms have more than other. The managers are loud and slam doors all day and part of the night. Not recommended for night shift people. Laundry is available after cleaning staff. Police has been on premises for disturbances. Train track with occasional passage really close. Hot water has been off a few times since stay and drain has been backed up a few times. Customers are tasked with unclogging toilets and other menial tasks. It's not worth the money, however, it's California and it's the cheapest available. They don't have a computer based tracking system so be prepared to be disturbed.

My second night I was in the restroom when somebody nocked on my door and I told them too wait when I got out the door was opened and the manager was screaming at someone about something, I asked her if she nocked and she ignored me, then a man came over and said that it was him and asked if I was there alone and I said no , he told me to tell my partner to step out of the room because he had his back pack(my husband was at work) and I told him to bugger off that nobody had his back pack. He ended up apologising to me but the fact is that the manager had unlocked the hotel door for a man that did not rent thie room amd it ewas utterly dangerous. I had called a Craigslist add and was told that it was 399 dollars a week. Then I was told that the over all price would be 420. Then I was told that there was a 50 dollar deposit. The total amount ended up being 492 dollars and 80 cents. When i checked out they said that there is no deposit and that im not getting my money back. We had to check in for another week but when we asked what the price would be they added 20 more dollars because we supposedly left the hotel dirty even though we got no maid service. Over all one week was NOT 399 dollars it is 500 for a week. The amenities are that their is an indoor pool and maids but there is no indoor pool and the pool that they do have is abandoned storage area behind a tree and brush. There was no maid service for me, I had to clean my own beds make them myself nobody came up and took my trash out nobody cleaned the linens and towels and cloths and when I asked them too they denied. The hotel comes with one toilet paper roll and they don't give you anymore than that. The rooma were disgusting. The beds were disgusting. The towels were brown with dust and dirt. Walls were talking apart. The bathroom, oh gosh don't even get me started. I am going yo take them to court for scamming and false advertising. I am also going to call the health department. I am severely ashamed of this hotel and I would NEVER recommend to anybody; not even my worst enemy

This place is kinda off the hook, if uou plan on booking here, i would suggest checking out the activity at night, theres definitely more going on here than meets the eye.
