STORY: So this Navy Lodge had room, which was very nice for a change. But the staff were so respectful and friendly. The room i had was fantastic for my 5 day stay, but what blew me away was John at the front desk. He called not only my room, but my cellphone and left a message saying my cargo lights were on in my truck and he didn't want me to wake up to a dead battery. The lights were LED and don't drain my battery, but this was on the fifth night of my stay, and the lights have been on every night during the stay. John at the front desk took the initiative and looked out for his fellow man. And i appreciate that. Thank you John at the front desk.

We enjoyed our 1 week stay here.  Very friendly, and helpful room attendants and staff. Pleasantly surprised at the clean carpet in our room! Room smelled fresh and was clean as well. Can't hear your neighbors in rooms next door which is a big thing for us. Close to Malibu beaches. Can't wait to come back next year.
