Awful. I was visiting my grandparents who say they come to this location every five weeks. I've now talked them out if it. We called ahead so we could all have pedicures together. They left us sitting in the chairs with no water for over 20 min while they started on individuals that came in after. They didn't start my grandmother until my toes we're painted. The pedicure itself was awful, she made one of my toes bleed. The polish job was so bad I asked her to redo one big toe and instead she just tried to add another coat of polish. I gave up and just decided to leave. I also don't think they keep the pedi basins very clean or sterile between people. All around pretty gross.

The salon is very dirty. Also, I wanted to discuss nail length with the girl but before I could she had snipped off my nails. The girl was also in a huge hurry and hurt me several times while filing. I am looking for a new salon.

Kathy is good but went back for a fill. Kathy was not there so I let another lady do my fill. Big mistake.  She hurt 6 of my 10 nails. The fill it self took 10 seconds.  Just overall really bad work. I can't believe the state would even give this lady a licence!! Canceling my appt for a new set and going else where.

Downright annoying.  The woman who did my nails was sweet enough, but she had repeated fits of laughter that she couldn't seem to control.  She never stopped talking to her colleagues (they didn't seem to listen) and couldn't concentrate on my nails.  They look horrible.  To make matters worse, another employee thought she was trying out for American Idol and wouldn't stop singing.  Horribly I may add.  If you're looking for a peaceful experience with decent work, this isn't the place.

I had a terrible experience today at this location. The lady who worked on me was given the task of a French tip mani/pedi. The feet were fine, but she botched the nails.

She left white streaks underneath the French tip. Like really bad streaks. Everywhere. I tried to correct it early and she was very dishonest about the issue. She blamed my nails. I kept on reminding her that I watched her do a poor job trying to clean up the white tips to the point where they dried with noticable white streaks on the clear part of the nail. She messed up every single one of my fingers. 

I asked her who the manager was and she said "I'm the manager." She refused to give me her name. I was very polite the whole time, I made it clear that I just wanted the job done properly. 

She pretty much told me to stop complaining, which is a terrible thing to say to someone who never ever complains when being serviced. I was probably the most timid person in that salon. This is the only time in my adult life that I have openly expressed my dissatisfaction for the service I was receiving. 

Overall a very negative experience, I don't recommend anyone giving these people your money. They will try to give your poor service and then blame you for it. Not cool.
