Pretty good service when it came to selling me a 2008 honda accord. Its was very overpriced but they came down a decent amount, but it could have been better. Very satified with the financing gal.

They suck overpriced parts and poor service. Installed parts without my permission. Charged for diagnostic even though they didn't do it. Go find a good independent mechanic and you will save at least 50%.

Reganis auto center is an outstanding place to do business with. Parts and service goes out of their way to provide the best service. Parts manager Richard, is awesome at what he's does and very friendly every time I've been in there. Not sure where neutered42 came up with his delusions, and I'm amazed he'd think the public would believe Richard would insult a service member, past or present. Basic principles of give respect and get respect. I will definitely continue to do business at Reganis.

Just bought a 1 year old car from them.  Salesperson was good.  Finance lady was very good.  My complaint was that after we made the deal and I asked for a second key they said it only had one and I would need to buy another for over $100.  Didn't notice in the test drive, but when got the car home realized the front floor mats were missing. Called and same deal.... I can buy the floor mats from them.  Seems to me if you are going to sell a nearly new car that you would want the person to have all the parts that should come with a new car.  I suppose I'm partly to blame for not getting these things done before the deal was done but seriously.... A little customer service here would have gone a long way.

Advise to find another dealership to get your vehicle repaired or serviced instead of here.  It took them over 3 weeks just to look at my vehicle. (To be fair I was told that to begin with). However after waiting almost month for them to finally look at it, I call the dealership and the person in the service department assures me that the vehicle would be done the next morning. So I drive up the next day only to find out the required parts had not arrived (I live an hour away). I call various times, several days apart only to get a different response each time. I finally get told my vehicle will be done by Monday morning the following week, so I call to confirm the status of repairs and was again assured my vehicle would be ready. Only to find out when I arrive it is again not ready. (A two hour wasted round trip, not to mention the gas I spent driving). After waiting a week, I finally drive up there again to find out the part may be here this Friday. Different answers each time you call, no one has a clue what is going on. Everytime I go to this place everyone seems to be joking, laughing, being unprofessional and could care less that there are customers waiting. I will be buying a new vehicle soon and will make sure it is not from this unorganized place. It will also be the last time I take my vehicle to get repaired or any of the other vehicles in my fleet.
