This is our second go around with Team and the Salesmen Julian Ochoa. The first time i came in i was upside down on a vehicle and somehow they managed to get me out of it and into a new car. The second time went far smoother and i got into a damn nice used Truck. Talk about an awesome group of people. I highly suggest them And give Julian a raise the man deserves it.

One star is for our salesperson......Many years ago I was less than impressed with Team Auto but I figured 20 years had changed them. Nope!  We had an excellent sales person, Audrey, but that was the only highlight.  Buying in NE you only have 30 days to licence.  The title was sent to us seven days or so prior to our 30 days.  I figured get it inspected by a deputy and we would be right on time.  Oh no!  They sold us a vehicle without a clean title.  We have to do the leg work to find a State Patrol not just a normal deputy.  I think I'm being pretty nice considering all this mess they have placed on us....You call the State Patrol, have them come to my work and I will have it there whenever needed.  I was told that they would send someone to come get my vehicle, drive it to Scottsbluff and return it.  No, that will not work.  I reminded them that we are not going to make the 30 day time limit to licence it.  I was told that WE can get an extension.  It is not my problem, I'm not the one that sold a vehicle without a CLEAN title. I was told we do this all the time.  Well, that being said I would warn anyone looking for a vehicle to LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

Purchasing a vehicle from this dealer was by far the best experience we have had.  The Sales person was very professional, courteous and went above our expectations.  Paperwork was very quick and easy to understand.  We had a few questions and they were answered right away.  Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

I'm really disappointed. I've bought cars from team in the past. They have one now I'm interested in, I have cash in hand and the gal wouldn't even listen to my fair offer. Kept trying to get me to come to the dealership to show me how they price their cars. When I told her I wasn't gonna waste her time or my time if she wouldn't negotiate with me she got a little snotty. Boo I used to like team
