This is an outstanding Long Term Acute Care Hospital. My parents were admitted at the same time and were placed in the same room, which was truly a blessing. Unfortunately, dad passed away in the facility, but not for want of doing all possible to keep him going and comfortable. Physician, nursing, and respiratory care for my parents was proactive, thorough, and reflect a positive mindset. An all around top professional and friendly staff. The CEO of the hospital is readily accessible and continually checks to be sure we’re getting everything we need. The hospital building is modern, clean, and well maintained. (The cafeteria food is very good and there are many restaurants in the immediate area.)

My dad has been at Regency West for 2 mo. I was hesitant to bring him because of the negative reviews. Since he has been here, I've had few issues but nothing that wasn't straightened out. Nurses and staff are all very nice and tend to my needs when asked for my dad. Really impressed with the cleaning staff. Overall mostly positive experience!

Food is good, dietary has a lot of options. Smells and looks clean. For the most part 90% aids and nurses are good spirits. Rehabilitation is persistent but I don't mind. Overall great experience.

Really bad patient care...staff takes way too long to respond to patients, incorrectly mediated patient even after being told of problem. I would not allow any of my family to go there again.

This place calls itself a great facility psshhhh let me tell you from all the staff they are all rude inconsiderate illiterate people who work there and the facility is always dirty and smells terrible. If you love your family or friends just avoid the headache and heartache and look somewhere else. My mother in law has been here almost 2 weeks nurses acted as if they didnt know how to care for her and just the other day the staff left her dirty after one of her bags leaked all over her and her bed. The patient in the bed next to her has been there a bit longer than her but hurt herself during physical therapy she stayed calling for someone to help her use the bathroom and no one shows up she calls her son who then shows up an hour later to help to care for her. Its absolutely a sad excuse for a facility.
