I have had insurance with this office for over 20 years and the service continues to go down, down, down. You would think they would be more attentive to long time customers like myself but sadly that is not the case. There is no follow up and most times I have to call several times to get issues resolved. Also, at any given hour of the day, you may make a call to their office, and the answering machine will come on and say they are closed and to leave a message. Huh?? At 3:00pm. I cancelled all my policies and went with Allstate and am now getting exceptional customer service and much better rates. I no longer recommend this Reggie Harris office. If you are considering...PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

I have had this agent for a several years now and finally decided to switch to another company.  I have ran into so many issues with miscommunication from the staff and billing, as well unexplained increased rates.  Of course the rate issue is more likely a corporate complaint, the service of this office is not.
