Regina helped me resolve my mother's estate issues quickly and efficiently. 

My mother passed away leaving a co-op, stock, and cash accounts. She did not have a Will. Regina sat me down, explained everything to me, took care of the filing, and was able to effectively navigate kings county Surrogate's court to get me letters of administration. 

I then took these letters and presented them to the various institutions holding mom's assets. 

Regina was knowledgeable, responsive and compassionate throughout the entire process.

Regina Kiperman is a phenomenal attorney.  She has helped me out with a number of trust and estate issues in the past.  After the loss of my wife's aunt,  a particularly tough time, Regina was a source of comfort as she expertly advised us on complicated estate matters.  She was responsive, sensitive, and generous. She helped us understand the differences between probate, estate administration, and voluntary administration. I could not thank her enough for all the help.  Regina will be my first call for all future trust and estate representation

Regina is smart, confident, driven, professional, warm and no-nonsense all at the same time.  

We were dealing with a somewhat sticky probate matter and what I appreciated most about Regina is that she always told us what we needed to hear; even when it wasn't necessarily what we wanted to hear.  She presented a potent combination of hard facts and options and continued to do so until we were all the way through it.
