Immigration Attorney Alexander J. Segal has made it his life’s mission to help immigrants in need. Mr. Segal dedicates a substantial portion of his immigration practice to appellate work such as appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and U.S. Court of Appeals for several judicial circuits as well as motions to reopen and reconsider, cases involving criminal aliens, and Federal Court actions such as Habeas Corpus, Mandamus and those under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).
