My mom (70+ years) fell and broke her femur on 11/29/2016 and was transferred here from Rutherford NC and the care she has gotten from the moment she arrived has been amazing ...every nurse's aide and nurse and Dr and lab tech and radiology tech have has treated my mom with the ut-most respect and dignity and the caring that flows from all of them is amazing ....my moms care team rocks and I will be calling and praising every single one of them !

Doctors were ok and the reason for giving a lower rating is there billing office sent my son to collections even though he was making monthly payments of $30.00 a month. Why affect his credit when he is making payments.

Had an appointment for 2:30, waited 2.5 hours!!! I had class at 5pm that I am now late for! I'm not sure what takes so long but this needs to be worked on or I am switching OBGYN'S!

The wait for the emergency room was horrible!!!! We got here at 7pm and it is now 12:14 am and we still haven't got in a room yet!!! How could you let sick people sick and wait like this ... & the nurses all seem to not care about their patients at all!!! DON'T COME HERE

The worst wait time of any hospital I have been to. Also when the nurses leave a patient in a wheel chair for so long she pees on her self and they leave her that way for 3 hours shows they only care about a paycheck. They should not give a health care professional another chance after seeing that they should be fired. Spartanburg regional is a sad place to go to
