Well given my past experiences with alcohol having parents who were alcoholics I feel this 9 hour program is a joke and is only a money racquet... If they have something up their sleeves that will help someone in that short of time than they must be God himself. If they truly wanted to help someone it sure couldn't and wouldn't be done in that short of time this is how you find out what places want to help and what places just want money. It's a government outfit strong arming people for money for something that's not illegal in the first place. Doesn't matter that it's mind altering its not illegal and no DUI came from it either... As a matter of fact this is the 3rd class a person I know has taken so that's proof enough that they just want your money not your sobriety. Ha! Fill you head with a bunch of crap and stick their dirty themselves hands in your pocket! It's all about money and control nothing more! I don't care what they try to tell you it is a violation of my Constitutional rights or anyone's rights to tell them they can't do something that's perfectly legal!  Bottom line! You can not legally do that! Government has gotten to big for their britches! This is exactly why I don't vote Democrat little by little you will lose your freedoms its starts with small things, stuff just like this that goes unnoticed before you know it.... It will be to late. We as people don't need to stand for this! If a person wants to drink and it's not illegal to do so trust me, no you probably can't drink while on their time but when you go home you have the right to do so because it's NOT illegal! Don't care what a person does while they are drunk it is not illegal to drink! And if you don't comply with them ask yourself what happens? If you want to have a few beers on the weekends and they find out that you did and even though it's perfectly legal you see what freedoms they will take away from you! Think about it people.... This class is nothing more than strong arming from the government! And call them and express your concern and you know what they will do? They will hang up on you! You know why? Because they know they have ALL the control and they can get away with anything they want, this is exactly the behavior I'm talking about when I say the government " the people who supposedly work FOR US" has gotten to big for their britches! When they hang up on you and won't let you finish it's because THEY KNOW what your telling them is true they know 9 hours will not help anyone they KNOW it's all about getting your money. I promise you that NOT 1 person as ever ever ever been there for an assessment and been told they are fine they don't need any counseling because they are trained for the sole purpose to get as much money as possible out of as many people as possible every day! To prove it I'm going to go in there I'm not going to say when and I'll say a judge sent me for an assessment and I'll bet you that they will say I need counseling. After I do this I will repost with my findings. Thank you all for reading my very long but very truthful post... Jane Doe
