They were doing tests for a lower GI issue and the Lab found a mass lower than where they were looking. They showed concern for me to follow up regarding their find, and it saved my life. I am now cancer free from a stage 4 synovial sarcoma. Awesome job for going a beyond your call of duty.

Apparently it's okay for the nursing staff to make inappropriate statements to patients without reprimands being enforced. Completely and utterly disgusted in this hospital and it's nursing staff. I am a nurse and this place makes me sick to be one. Absolutely no nursing ethics in the entire hospital. And seeking answers is an obstacle. Would not recommend. Meridth Caldwell being the worst nurse I have ever seen in my entire life with absolutely no boundaries to patients. I think you deserve to have your nursing license revoked for life.

I don't even know where to begin. All I can say is that I am a working nurse of 22 years and seen some bad places but Regional tops them all. I have just got discharged today after what should have been a pretty simple procedure and I cannot express the poor care I got there. It took me three hours to get a wash cloth...they had no ice or soda and though I was there for post op and management of pain and nausea and vomiting I suffered in pain all night long. I had to have friends go get me a soda and ice and I threw up in the garbage can since evidently they don't have emesis basins either. I never once in my nightmare stay there had a nurse take her stethoscope out and listen to my lungs or assess me in anyway. I would have received better care at a Veterinary Clinic. My last stay was 5 days and in 5 days only 3 nurses assessed me out of 15. Kinda makes you wonder how they can chart on me don't it? The staff overall is rude and act like they are doing you a favor to give you the very basics. If you value your health.....go somewhere else.

worst hospital ive ever been to, very unprofessional and inconsiderate staff. You can be crying in Pain and they will laugh not take your pain seriously. Someone could be dying in the registration room and they will still be laughing up a storm like everything is a joke. No compassion or empathy. They leave you in a room for hours, you can have something serious and they would give you blood work and say that it's fine and sufficient enough to find what's wrong with you. They don't follow typical hospital guidelines. Says everywhere that they're #1 for chest pain but if you tell them you have it they think if you're lungs sound clear that you're automatically fine. I don't feel safe and would never return. One of the worst I've visited.
